Founder & Principal Attorney

Gisele C. Rosado, Esq.

Gisele Rosado, Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Rosado Law Group, a dynamic and client-driven firm redefining real estate law in the Hudson Valley. With a practice focused on investor-friendly real estate transactions, foreclosure and consumer debt defense, estate planning, and business and banking law, Gisele is known for delivering strategic, results-oriented counsel that empowers her clients to build, protect, and grow their assets.

A proven leader and skilled negotiator, Gisele brings both legal precision and real-world insight to every matter she handles. Prior to launching Rosado Law Group, she co-managed the respected boutique firm Murphy, Schisano & Rosado alongside Richard Schisano and the late Thomas J. Murphy, where she honed her ability to navigate complex real estate and financial transactions at a high level.

Gisele earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa, double majoring in Biology and Criminology, and received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2005.

Driven by a vision to expand access to high-quality, bilingual legal services, Gisele returned to her native New York to serve the Hudson Valley community. Her impact has been widely recognized, including being named a 2023 Orange County Rising Star for her leadership in community revitalization and homeownership equity initiatives.

Today, Gisele is a trusted legal partner to real estate investors, developers, and entrepreneurs. She is a proud sponsor of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association and is widely regarded for her ability to align legal strategy with business success. In addition to her practice, she is a published writer and media contributor, creating accessible resources that demystify real estate and empower clients to make informed decisions.

Licensed in both New York and Florida, Gisele has been consistently recognized as a “Top Lawyer” in Real Estate by Hudson Valley Magazine (2021–2026).

Among her notable achievements, Gisele recently served as lead attorney for the minority co-developer and general contractor of the Newburgh Legacy City Project. Her strategic negotiation and deal-closing expertise were instrumental in bringing the three-year approval and funding process to a successful close—making Newburgh only the third project in New York to secure completion under Governor Hochul’s statewide revitalization and homeownership equity initiative.

Gisele is also co-authoring an upcoming real estate and business book series to be released in ten languages, further extending her mission to educate, empower, and elevate communities through knowledge.
